In most cases, your initial contact will be with an Energy Advisor who will assist with general inquiries, discuss all-electric technologies, and explain program/incentive information or other resources. Depending on your needs, an Energy Advisor may connect you with an Energy Specialist or Energy Expert.

Energy Specialists

Skilled at providing technical assistance (panel upgrade tradeoffs, electrical distribution systems, etc.), conducting virtual energy audits, providing recommendations, and creating Go Electric Plans that fit your specific situation and interests.

Energy Experts

Have expansive expertise in energy and going electric. Energy Experts support the Energy Specialists in technical assistance and Go Electric Plan development for customers. They may also handle challenging or unique situations.
